Running Reflection: Week of February 17th - 23rd

  • Monday: 3.95 miles / 9:59 pace. Drizzling and 45 degrees.
  • Tuesday: Too many meetings rest day. :(
  • Wednesday: Too many meetings rest day. :(
  • Thursday: 4.01 miles / 9:15 pace. Sunshiney but cold, out and back from my school.
  • Friday: Family dinner rest day. Good lord. No wonder I'm out of shape.
  • Saturday: 5.46 miles / 9:01 pace. Drizzling for my first run with the Eastside Runners group.
  • Sunday: Cross training - arms and core circuit, 50 minutes on the gazelle trainer.

Total Distance: 13.42 miles
Average Pace: 9:40 per mile

Goals for Next Week:

  1. Run 15 miles.
  2. Average pace below 9:30 per mile.
  3. Run three times, despite having M, T, and W meetings after school.
